Planning to visit Formby?
Take note of the following and take appropriate action.
Also an important point to anyone that uses these beautiful places, stop littering ! One kind person was trying to make a difference, but it is a losing battle @NTFormby #FormbyBeach #Environment #MakeADifference #ThePhotoHour pic.twitter.com/y3cNOlZyxl

Shocking scenes as beer bottles, laughing gas canisters and rubbish abandoned on our beaches. https://t.co/Qh7XosvAgX

Don't drive there
Don't leave rubbish
Don't light fires or barbeques

Don't drive on the beach

Grass fires have a massive impact on the environment, wildlife and local amenities. They also use a lot of emergency service resource.

Help us to help you this weekend & follow the below tips to reduce the risk of grass fires ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/mo8KJY9K1A
Please park considerately when visiting #MySefton. Anyone thinking of parking in undesignated areas in Formby and Ainsdale should be aware that enforcement officers will be issuing Penalty Charge Notices for vehicles parked on yellow lines, parking dangerously or obstructively pic.twitter.com/PpEiiSfyRG

Our officers in Formby dealing with numerous parked cars causing obstructions to the pavement and/or the carriageway. Such as these parked in Squirrel Green. Best avoid travelling to Formby by car but if you must please use common sense when parking #syndicate2 pic.twitter.com/fkipsDgUTg

Has anyone considered the amount of drink driving in Formby? Gangs of people in cars with crates of beer, heading to the beach. How do they get home?! Meanwhile people in wheelchairs having to go down the middle of the roads as pavements blocked by cars.

Enough said?
